Administrative Care Coordination Unit (ACCU)
 

The Administrative Care Coordination Unit (ACCU) serves as a local resource for all Medicaid/HealthChoice eligible beneficiaries in accessing and using their Medicaid benefits. Referrals to ACCU services are primarily through health care providers, Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) and other social services workers. For more information, call 410-535-5400. The ACC serves as a local resource for all HealthChoice members.

The ACC can help anyone who is eligible for Medicaid and HealthChoice, including the following: 
Children, pregnant and postpartum women, individuals with disabilities (physical, mental or developmental), homeless individuals and other adults.
